AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

We offer free standard shipping Australia wide for all orders over $150.

Delivery can take 1 – 4 business days depending on your location*.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We offer free shipping for all orders over $100, under that amount, there is flat rate of $40 for International shipping. All orders placed will be processed and shipped within 48 hours*. Delivery can take 1 – 7 business days from date of pick up, depending on your location. Items are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) so you may have to pay import duties, customs and local sales taxes to release your delivery. Policies vary by country so please check with your customs office.

TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number.

DELIVERY

We will re-deliver, replace or refund the item (at your choice) if we have incorrectly addressed the delivery. We take no such responsibility if you gave an incorrect or insufficient address.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

House of Nunu accepts exchange or credit note if you change your mind. 
Please email us at sales@houseofnunu.com.au within 7 days from the day the parcel was delivered to arrange for an exchange or credit note.

Please note that all exchanges should be returned to us through registered or traceable postage, as House of Nunu will not be held responsible for lost mail during the exchange process. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. 

Please make sure sufficient care is taken in protecting the items during the return as we will not be able to exchange items received broken. All exchanges are at the cost of the customer. 

DAMAGED ITEMS
House of Nunu ensures that each item is carefully checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customer. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, please email us at sales@houseofnunu.com.au within 7 days from the day the parcel was received to arrange for an exchange or refund. 

As our products are handmade, they may contain variation due to the handmade nature of the product. These are non-defects, such as minor colour variation or minor colour display discrepancies. In the event that a refund is issued to you for a legitimate defect, it will be in the form of the original payment method.
