What we mean by ritual

A ritual isn't a resolution. It's smaller than that, and it lasts longer.

It's the coffee you make the same way every morning. The candle you light before sitting down to work. The five minutes you take before bed to put the day down properly. Ordinary, repeated, barely noticed. That's exactly why it works.

Science calls it habit stacking. We call it ritual. Whatever you name it, the shape of your days quietly becomes the shape of your life. Change the rituals, and slowly, then all at once, you change everything else.

Ritual Club is House of Nunu's home for exactly this: an evening series built around the small acts that add up to something bigger. Six gatherings. Six rituals. One question running underneath all of them: what would your life look like if you actually paid attention to how you spend it?

Event One

Every big life starts with a small one.

First in the series is Ritual of Beginning, an evening about starting. Not the loud kind, the one that burns out by February. The quiet kind. The kind you build one small, repeatable act at a time. We've asked May Samali, founder of Human Leadership Lab, to lead us through it.
